Youth Activities

SPY- (St. Peter’s Youth)
Teen Youth Group includes young people in Middle and High School who attend St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. St. Peter’s Teen Youth are very active in Sunday Services each Sunday, and community service. Teens will meet each month for special activities, suppers and fun games. Ecumenical Teen Fellowship will gather during special events, special trips, community service and opportunities for some more fun.   Check each month on the calendar of events link for SPY activities.

Acolyte Program
Our acolyte program started 2006-2007 year. Acolytes assist each Sunday and are present at most special services too. These active youth show a positive ministry for all parish members. This 2008 year our program has grown to include torch bearers as acolytes. We at St. Peter’s feel very blessed in having young people of the parish participating on all levels of worship and service. If you or your youth may be interested in learning this ministry, please call the church office, 647-8549.

Video Ministry
Beginning January of 2007, we began taping our Sunday Eucharist Services. Many of our Senior High School Youth have been very active in developing this wonderful ministry. We hope all viewers are able to enjoy this programming on Lake Region TV Channels 5 and 7, on Lake Region area cable. We welcome any member who loves being behind the camera to contact the Christian Education Coordinator and join in the fun
